| Cheese Steaks Recipe |

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb very thin sliced round steak
2 chopped tomatoes
1 yellow bell pepper; chopped
1 onion; chopped
1 red bell pepper; chopped
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic; minced
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoon oil
1 velveeta cheese or other soft chees; e
6 hero rolls; split and toasted
Cooking Directions:
Stir fry peppers, onion, garlic, parsley and chili powder until onion is clear of color, stir in tomatoes and drain. In a large skillet, heat oil and cook round steak, several slices at a time, turning until browned. Arrange steak on toasted buns and top with cheese (if using Velveeta cut in slices).
