3 tablespoon cheese, roquefort or
3 tablespoon cheese, bleu
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon wine, port
Cooking Directions:
Dressing: =========
Warm the ingredients gently until softened then mix the ingredients with a whisk.
Makes enough for two salads.
