Ingredients
1 pkg (8-oz) cream cheese
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese; grated
1 clove garlic; quartered
1 cup pecans; minced
1 paprika or chili powder
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients except nuts and paprika until smooth. Add nuts. Shape into roll and roll on waxed paper liberally sprinkled with paprika. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Slice in thin slices.
