| Cheese Custard #1 Recipe |

Ingredients
6 eggs; very lightly beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
----SAUCE----
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk (scant)
3/4 cup mushroom pieces & stems
5 tablespoon grated mild cheddar
Cooking Directions:
Beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard & 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Place in greased casserole & set casserole in a pan of water; bake at 325-350 oven about 45 minutes. Heat sauce ingredients together & serve cheese custard with sauce served in separate container.
