| Cheese And Bacon Pinwheels Recipe |

Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup crisp bacon; crumbled
1/4 cup margarine; softened
2 tablespoon green onions; chopped
7 slice rye bread; crusts removed
Cooking Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients except bread. Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin. Spread each slice with 1 1/2 Tablespoon cheese mixture.
Roll up jelly roll style. Place 4 toothpicks into each piece, then using a serrated knife, cut into 4 pices. Place on a cookie sheet.
Heat boriler, and broil for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
