Cheddar Scones With Smoked Turkey Recipe

Ingredients

4 cup biscuit mix
1 1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter; melted
2 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 smoked turkey; thinly sliced



Cooking Directions:

Combine biscuit mix, milk, eggs, butter and cheese; mix well until ingredients are moistened. Drop by table spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet. Heat oven to 400øF; bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly before removing from baking sheet. To serve, slice scones in half and fill with small slice of turkey. Arrange on serving tray.
