Ingredients
2/3 cup water
2 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
2 large eggs
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour; unbleached
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup powdered milk
2 tablespoon chives; dried
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt; fine
2 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
Cooking Directions:
Put all ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed. Select basic wheat cycle, light crust setting.
Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
