1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup onion; finely chopped
3 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pkg (10-oz) spinach; torn
2 large tomatoes; diced
2 can (8-oz) sliced water chestnuts
2 cup chow mein noodles
2 hard-boiled eggs; chopped
12 slice bacon; cooked, crumbled

Recipe By : TASTE OF HOME - OCT/NOV 95 Combine the first seven ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well. Combine remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl; add dressing and toss. Serve immediately. Yield: 6-8 servings
