Ingredients
12 white castle hamburgers
1 (pickles & ketchup included)
1 lb ground pork
2 cloves garlic
8 sprigs chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup milk
1 pinch oregano
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 salt to taste
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce in a large bowl. Grease loaf pan. Shape mixture and place in pan; smooth meat with oiled hands. Pour tomato sauce over meat loaf. Bake at 350 deg F. for one hour.
