Ingredients

1 1/2 cup tomatoes; finely chopped
1/2 cup onion; chopped
1 clove garlic; finely chopped
1 jalapeno chile; canned, seeded and finely
1/2 teaspoon jalapeno chile liquid
1 tablespoon cilantro; fresh,snipped fine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves; dried
1 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil



Cooking Directions:

Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 7 days. Makes about 2 cups of sauce. Syd.Bigger@salata.com (Syd Bigger)
