Ingredients

1 cup couscous; cooked
1 cup tomatoes; diced
1 cup green onions; chopped
1 cup parsley; chopped
1 1/2 cup garbanzo beans; cooked
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup lemon juice; fresh
3 cloves garlic; crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried mint flakes; or 3x fresh
1 teaspoon salt



Cooking Directions:

Mix all ingredients and serve cold.
