| Apple-Cinnamon Salad Recipe |

Ingredients
2 pkg (3-oz) strawberry gelatin
2 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cup cold water
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup diced; peeled apples
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Cooking Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water & cinnamon & chill until thickened. Fold in apples, celery & pecans. Spoon into a 6-cup mold or bowl. Chill until firm.
