Ingredients

6 cup all purpose flour
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon baking powder
2 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten lightly
1 1/2 cup golden raisins
1 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
2 cup finely chopped apples



Cooking Directions:

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat the eggs lightly, add milk and stir into the dry ingredients, blending well. Stir in raisins, nuts and apples. Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans, 9x5x3 inches. Bake in 350-F oven for 1 1/4 hour or until a wooden pick thrust into the center comes out dry with no dough clinging.
