Ingredients
4 lb caribou
2 lb lean pork
1 large onion; chopped
2 lb potatoes; grated
2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cayenne and other spices to taste
1 sausage casings
Cooking Directions:
Grind together all the meats with the onion. Next mix the potatoes with the meats. Add spices and mix thoroughly.
