Ingredients
----CRUST----
1 1/2 pkg graham crackers; crushed
5 tablespoon butter; melted
1/2 cup pecans; chopped
1/3 cup sugar
----CAKE----
32 oz cream cheese; unwrapped and warmed in m
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
5 jumbo eggs; out of shell and warmed i
1 cup sour cream
2 cup apple; chopped and peeled
1 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice -or-
1 teaspoon cinnamon -and-
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup caramel topping (such as ice cream_
Cooking Directions:
** CRUST: Mix and press into bottom and sides of 10" springform pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 10 minutes. Remove crust from oven and place a pan of water in the bottom of the oven.
