Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
3 cl garlic; mince
1 cup onions; chop fine
1/4 cup parsley; chop
2 tablespoon fresh basil; chop
2 lb squid; clean; slice
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup clam juice
3 cup marinara sauce
1 pinch oregano
1 salt and pepper
1 crushed red pepper flakes



Cooking Directions:

Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until slightly brown. Add basil, parsley, squid, wine, clam juice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt and peppers. Cook until squid is tender. Source: Franco Palumbo. Posted to EAT-L Digest 19 Sep 96
