| Cake Decorator's Icing Recipe |

Ingredients
1/2 cup crisco; (1/2 to 3/4)
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon meringue powder
1 lb box powdered sugar
1/4 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Cooking Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add Crisco and liquids. Mix with electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Add food coloring if desired. Enough icing for a cake. Double recipe if more is needed for elaborate decorating. Posted to recipelu-digest by "Diane Geary" on Feb 22, 1998
