Apple Raisin Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoon margarine
1 pkg (6oz)peppridge farm apple
1 & raisin stuffing mix
4 boneless pork chops
1 1 1/4-inches thick
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon spicy-brown mustard

1. Mix boiling water, 2 T. margarine and contents of seasoning/fruit pouch until margarine is melted. Add contents of stuffing pouch. Mix lightly. Let stand 5 minutes.

2. Cut a side pocket in each of the chops. Spoon stuffing into pockets. Place chops in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Cover.

3. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes. Uncover.

4. Mix melted margarine, sugar and mustard. Spoon over chops and continue baking uncovered or until chops are done.
