Ingredients
1 1/2 cup instant espresso coffee granules
1/4 cup cocoa; unsweetened
1/4 cup coffee creamer; powdered
6 tablespoon confectioner's sugar
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Store in an airtight container.
To serve, combine 1 to 2 tablespoons mix with 3/4 cup boiling water.
NOTES : Makes 1 cup of mix, enough for 8 to 12 average servings.
