1 pkg homemade caesar salad
1 dressing mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 several chopped anchovy
1 filets -- optional
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Shake until well blended. Chill before serving.
Makes about 3/4 c of Caesar Salad Dressing.
