| Butterscotch Sauce #1 Recipe |

Ingredients
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
4 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 toasted pecans (optional)
Cooking Directions:
Mix sugar, syrup and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in cream and vanilla. If desired, add toasted pecans to sauce immediately before serving. May be reheated in microwave. Yield: 2-1/2 cups.
