Ingredients
4 centiliter garlic, minced
4 tablespoon (generous) chopped fresh
1 cilantro
2 jalapenos or
1 serrano chile (preferably
1 red), seeded and finely
1 chopped
1 teaspoon fresh lime zest
1 salt to taste
1 crushed dried red chile to
1 taste
1/4 lb untalted butter (1 stick),
1 softened.
