Ingredients

8 slice white bread without crusts
1 lb grated sharp cheddar
8 eggs
2 1/2 cup half-and-half milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon finely minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon accent
1 softened butter



Cooking Directions:

Butter casserole dish. Butter bread slices & layer bread & cheese in dish. Combine eggs & seasonings in blender. Pour over bread & cheese. Cover with foil & refrigerate overnight. Take out of refrigerator 1/2 hour before baking. Bake at 300 for 1-1/2 hours.
