Ingredients
1 1/2 cup cooking oil
2 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cup apples; diced and peeled
1 cup pecans; chopped
Cooking Directions:
Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Beat in flour, salt and baking soda. Fold in apples and pecans. Place batter in 13 X 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #194
