Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup apples (pared, cored &
1 diced)
1 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
1/4 cup apple juice
Cooking Directions:
Heat butter in pan. Add sugar & caramelize. Add apples, mint & juice. Simmer 5-6 minutes. Serve on side with lamb.
