Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup real buttermilk
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoon of melted butter
1 pinch salt
1 vanilla and sugar; if desired
Cooking Directions:
Beat egg and buttermilk together. Add flour, baking powder, melted butter and salt. You can add vanilla and sugar if you choose. Cook on hot griddle.
