Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup oil
3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts; chopped fine
3 cup chopped raw apples
----TOPPING----
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 can coconut
Cooking Directions:
Cream eggs, sugar and oil. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Combine egg mixture with sifted dry ingredients. Stir in vanilla, nuts and apples. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook topping ingredients 2 1/2 minutes and pour over hot cake.
