1 cup nonfat or low-fat ricotta cheese
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

From: TexGQ24@aol.com Combine all ingredients in blender/processor. Process 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth/creamy. Store covered in refrig. Serve with apple slices, grapes or oranges. Makes 1 cup.
