Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cup bread or cinnamon roll cubes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
Cooking Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and salt together. Stir in raisins. Pour over bread cubes in a buttered casserole dish. Bake in 275 - 300 degree oven until all bubbly and done.
