Ingredients
8 medium apple; peeled and sliced
2 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon orange zest
1 cup light brown sugar; firmly packed
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoon butter; cut in small squares
Cooking Directions:
mix 1st 4 ingredients, place in buttered baking pan. Mix dry ingredients. Top apples.
