Boiled New Potatoes With Parsley And Mustard Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb small new potatoes
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon heaping - prepared mustard
2 tablespoon dried parsley
1 salt and pepper; to taste



Cooking Directions:

Put washed, unpeeled potatoes into boiling water. Boil until just fork tender. Place butter, mustard and parsely into medium sized bowl. Drain potatoes and toss with mustard mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
