Ingredients
1 quart milk
2 egg yolks; beaten
2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 egg whites; stiffly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cooking Directions:
Mix beaten egg yolks with sugar, flour & small amount of milk. Add rest of milk & cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Bring almost to a boil. Cool. Add butter, vanilla & beaten egg whites. Serve cold.
