Ingredients
2 lb fresh mozzarella
6 large garlic cloves
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon crushed hot red pepper
Cooking Directions:
Cut the mozzarella into 1" cubes. Coarsely chop the garlic. Combine the garlic and olive oil in a large bowl. Stir in the oregano and hot pepper. Add the mozzarella cubes and toss gently until the cheese is well coated with the oil and seasonings. Serve with toothpicks.
