10 oz blueberries; fresh or frozen
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice

From: Anne Sheresky Combine all ingredients together in saucepan. Stir well. Heat and stir over medium heat until boiling. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes until berries release their juices. Serve warm or cold.
